Meadows @ Riverbend

We have No vacant lots left but have 4 spec homes available for sale starting at $200,000. Current pricing is $107.50 per square foot. We are offering $6,000 in incentives to include closing cost and/or pre-paids. Plus, we give whole house 2 inch faux blinds on most windows. New Meadows @ Riverbend

We currently have 6 lots available for new builds and have 5 specs that are either at the foundation stage or framing stage for sale. The minimum square footage for this new section is 2500 square feet and they will start at $109 per square foot. The homes will start at $272,500. All homes must be between 2,500 square feet and 2,950 square feet in this phase. We will contribute $6,000 in closing cost and/or upgrades and 2 inch faux blinds on most windows. All of the new homes in the new section will get an outdoor wood burning fireplace as a standard. Fences, gutters, screen porches, sod in back yard, fridges, etc would be considered and upgrade. The Bluff @ Riverbend

We have 10 available lots in The Bluff at Riverbend. The minimum square footage will be 3,000 square feet and will start at $112 per square foot. These homes will start at $336,000 and up. The biggest difference between Bluff homes and Meadows homes is size and The Bluff homes will have full sprinkler up to 40 pallets of sod along with an upgraded cabinet and trim package. Harlington Downs

We currently have 11 vacant lots. The minimum square footage is 2,500 sq ft for a one story and 2,800 sq ft for a two story. Pricing is $107 per square foot. We DO NOT pay any closing cost in Harlington. We do give a fence, full sod, full sprinkler, and blinds. Starting price is $267,500 on a one story and $299,600 on a two story.
